Arun Gaur lives in Panchkula (Haryana, India) and has taught the British/American literature and the Critical Theory at the Department of English, Mizoram Central University, Aizawl, where he was the Senior Reader. He has authored one critical book—I Stand Apart: Alienated Center in Walt Whitman's 'Song of Myself' (2002), many book-review articles and illustrated travelogue pieces.
